Upon waking in for an 8:00am appointment, I was immediately greeted by Michael, the new Manager, with such a warm and inviting welcome. My car was serviced in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. They provided a report of suggested repairs and services, I while I did agree to couple of them, I never felt pressured to do so and I plan to go back for future services.

Terrible, terrible service....by the MANAGER. I called for 2 questions. 1. Do you have available OIL CHANGE today? 2. Do you offer shuttle service? Adam answered and SOUNDED great. Said they can get me home but not ride back. No problem. I get there. Hes acts bothered he has to WORK, while stuffing his face like hes in the lunchroom. I get the price quote and say "damn" just expressing shock. He responds condescendingly, "I dont make the prices". I told him i didnt say you did neither did I insinuate. He then tells me theres a coupon behind me that will get me 50% off. So if you make it past their FIRST attemp to scam you, they will then point you to the coupon. Service is set. I then ask about the shuttle ride home. He says with a smirk, we dont offer ubers for "oil changes". I told him i just called to confirm these questions. He then tells me he will do it this time. I grabbed keys to go support a real business. Do yourself a favor and save your time to go elsewhere. Misery sure loves company.

This place was amazing. They got me in quickly for an inspection and then I was able to come in quickly when I made my appointment and I love that they are contracted with Costco to offer discounts With my membership. The price before the discount was way better than a few other places and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back since it’s right in my backyard.

Got my Cadillac back from them this past Wednesday 4/1/26 after two weeks and this is how I got it back with the mechanic grease fingerprint on my interior , this is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional I reacted out to the store manager with an email and the photo proof and have not heard back! Hope I can make an update on this review saying they did the right thing .

Super easy to deal with. Walked in and told him what was going on and they got started on my car very quickly. Also kept in touch with me though the entire process.
